This page explains how to request deletion of your data from games and applications published by Studio Vykanic LLC, the developer listed on our Google Play store pages. It applies to all of our games, including Tap Turn Terminal.

In short: email privacy@studiovykanic.com and we will delete the data we hold about you within 30 days. Some data is not held by us at all and is deleted on your own device or through your Google account, as described below.
1. Leaderboard data that we hold
What this is: an anonymous player ID created automatically for your device, a display name generated for you such as “KlutzyAlluringUfo#69246”, and the scores you have submitted. You never created an account and this data is not linked to your name or email address.
Steps to request deletion:
1. Email privacy@studiovykanic.com from any email address.
2. Include the name of the game, for example “Tap Turn Terminal”.
3. If you can, include the display name shown next to your score on the leaderboard. This is the fastest way for us to find your record. If you do not know it, tell us and we will help you identify it.
4. We will confirm by reply when the deletion is complete.
What is deleted: your player record, your display name, and every leaderboard entry attached to it.
What is kept: nothing about you, apart from the support email itself, which we delete within 24 months.
How long it takes: we respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
Please note: deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your scores or your place on a leaderboard afterwards.
2. Game progress saved on your device
What this is: your settings, unlocked items, and best scores. This never leaves your device and we never receive it, so there is nothing for us to delete.
Steps to delete it:
1. Uninstall the game, or open Settings > Apps on your device, select the game, and choose Clear data.
2. If you have Android backup turned on, Android may have copied this file to your own Google Drive. Remove that copy under Settings > Google > Backup on your device, or at drive.google.com. That copy belongs to your Google account, not to us.
What is deleted: all of your local progress and settings.
What is kept: nothing. We are not able to recover it for you afterwards.
3. Advertising data held by Google
What this is: our games show optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Google collects your advertising ID, IP address, and ad interaction data directly. We do not receive it and we cannot delete it for you.
Steps to delete it:
1. Open Settings > Privacy > Ads on your Android device (on some devices this is Settings > Google > Ads) and choose to delete or reset your advertising ID.
2. Visit My Ad Center to review, limit, or delete the advertising data associated with your Google account.
3. Google's own deletion options are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you can also change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time from the “Ad Privacy Choices” option inside the game.
Purchase records
If one of our games offers in-app purchases, we keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after a deletion request. This is a legal obligation we cannot waive. These records contain an order ID, the item purchased, the price, the date, and the country. They never contain your payment card details, which we never receive.
Verifying your request
We may need to ask you a question to confirm the request is genuinely yours before we delete anything, since we have no account to check it against. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
